UCP of Central Florida unlocks the potential of thousands of children each year at our campuses, pediatric therapy clinics and parent support programs.Job Summary: This position provides critical support to the project leadership team, focusing on enrollment initiatives, community outreach, and administrative functions to achieve project objectives and outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for community engagement.Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute community outreach strategies to support enrollment initiatives, including attending events and networking with referral sources.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing enrollment marketing materials in the community.
  • Assist in tracking enrollment data and ensuring all outreach efforts are documented and evaluated to align with desired outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to project leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing internal and external appointments and events.
  • Coordinate meeting and events by booking conference rooms, ordering food and refreshments, preparing materials, and handling logistics.
  • Assist in collecting and maintaining accurate project data and performance metrics, ensuring accessibility and compliance through project management system.
  • Oversee procurement needs by obtaining vendor quotes and onboarding new vendors, ordering equipment and supplies, coding/submitting invoices to finance department, label and update grant funded materials in inventory tracking system.
  • Assist in managing project budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and reporting requirements.
  • Support in tracking recruitment, engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives, while maintaining relevant records for performance reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proven ability to foster relationships and promote organizational goals.
  • Strong community outreach and customer services skills including experience marketing to community resources/referrals and attending outreach events.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in non-profit setting, including managing multiple projects and supporting leadership team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
