We are seeking a motivated and organized Community Outreach Service Coordinator to support community outreach initiatives for our client. The successful candidate will have strong logistical and project coordination skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. This role requires a flexible 40-hour workweek, which may include evenings and weekends depending on the event schedule.Responsibilities: Provide logistical and event support for community outreach events, ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are available for successful execution. Manage and track inventory of event supplies, including tents, chairs, tables, and promotional items. Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed. Ensure inventory is well-stocked and assist in the receiving and organizing of event materials. Represent and/or assist with setting up the event booth at various community functions. Coordinate and schedule community events, ensuring all logistics are planned and managed efficiently.Job Specific Qualifications: Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow directions as needed. Valid transportation to move event supplies and equipment across locations. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Project management experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as events require. Candidates with a “go-getter” attitude, able to work with moderate guidance, are ideal for this role.
