Job DescriptionOur client is a well-established, growing Architecture/Planning firm , and is looking to add a Community Planner to their team. They work hard to ensure projects are planned, designed & managed to meet not only high expectations but exceed clients' goals as well. Position Details/Qualifications:- Degree in Community & Regional Planning, or similar field - AICP Certification is desired , but not required- Strong organizational skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, In Design, etc.- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.- Able to work collectively with other team members.- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. * ALL CONVERSATIONS ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL * To be considered, please apply with a resume.
