At Heritage Senior Living our mission, values, and vision guide us in creating the culture of our organization, providing high-quality senior communities across Wisconsin. Our ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and networking skills. This position requires the ability to travel to all 9 communities within our Milwaukee portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Minimum Qualifications:
  • Work closely with the Directors of Community Relations and leadership teams to increase occupancy in assigned communities
  • Assist with increased social media presence by submitting content to the social media platform and growing social media followers
  • Assist with the development and execution of events intended to meet and build relationships with professionals, to increase referrals; educate on the Heritage Senior Living brand and services
  • Schedule, manage, track, and record all activity including calls, mailings, appointments and presentations; organize marketing events to promote HSL practices and build reputation
  • Schedule tours and appointments with prospective residents and their families, complete tours and prepare for move-ins
  • 2+ years' marketing and sales experience; required, health care background; preferred
  • Strong customer service and networking skills; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong closing skills and the willingness to ask for business
  • Must be willing to work occasional evenings, nights and weekends
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
