Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Representative located in Manhattan, NY. As a Community Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include community engagement, effective communication, customer service, community outreach, and sales-related activities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, promoting our platform, and expanding our user base.

• Experience in providing excellent customer service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
