Ocean Gallery is a private gated condo community. We are looking for full-time staff members to work the evening and overnight shifts in the Community Services Dept. Individuals must be in good health, be dependable, reliable, be able to work various shifts to train and future coverage. Individuals must be friendly, out-going, and above all, always quick to engage our guests and residents in a courteous and deferential manner. Weekend shifts are mandatory this position. Some of the duties included are operating the Main Gate for guests & owners making sure they are allowed to be on property before allowing them to enter, monitoring the many cameras that oversee the property, be familiar with email and have basic computer skills, checking guests and residents for proper identification in the oceanfront pools & hot tubs to be sure they are using the correct amenity, continuous foot patrol of the property, internal delivery to board members as requested by the Main office, posting of notices , etc. on appropriate bulletin boards as requested by the Main or Rental office, always keeping in mind the best interests and safety of all Ocean Gallery residents as well as our staff, while presenting an efficient and very courteous, obliging disposition to all. Hourly rate $16.00. Ocean Gallery is a drug-free workplace; a drug screening and background check will be required.
