Our Community Support Program Case Managers work with adults 18+ in the community, living with all types of mental health needs. We provide skills training and connections to community resources to support independent living in their communities, decrease the risk of hospitalization or relapse of substance use, and improve overall quality of life.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their knowledge and/or pursue higher education in the field of mental health and social work.
