DescriptionSCHEDULE: Full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday; Flexible with some evening hoursMyrtue Behavioral Health understands that excellent mental health care requires a healthy and equipped team. Our clinic works diligently to create a staff environment that is sustainable, enriching and supportive. Our tight-knit team of community support providers, therapists, psychiatric practitioners and office staff work closely together to provide high quality, evidence-based mental healthcare across the spectrum of ages and presenting concerns. We are looking for a bachelors-level Community Support Provider who shares our passion for meeting our clients where they are and helping them move toward healing and wholeness. Community support providers work with children and adults through the Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS), Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation (IPR), and Community Support Services (CSS) programs. Community support providers come alongside clients in the community setting to build practical skills for improved relationships, increased independence and greater access to supportive resources. RequirementsBachelor's degree in human services related field (Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, etc) with preferable one year Human Services experience; Strong verbal and written communication; Ability to integrate cultural considerations; Effective time management skills and ability to create and follow a client schedule; Strong understanding and commitment to follow HIPAA requirements; Commitment to act with professionalism, confidentiality and integrity; Ability to document using electronic health records; willingness to participate in ongoing education to enhance clinical abilities; Desire to work collaboratively with others; Safe driving record and willingness to provide transportation for clients in a Myrtue provided vehicle; Availability to work some evenings to accommodate client needs.
