OverviewTo provide or arrange for the provision of services necessary to enable consumers to live, work and recreate in the community environment. The Community Support Specialist shall assist consumers with monitoring mental health symptoms, transportation, supportive relationships, and communication with other providers. Preferred in Human Services or related field.Experience: One year with population served preferredLicense(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license and insurance when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak, read and write fluent English. Ability to read and comprehend common terminology of the mental health field.Ability to enter documentation in an EHR and use Microsoft Office.
