Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, and with other team members, this individual is responsible for involving persons served in a person centered approach to planning and participating in recovery facilitating rehabilitation and enrichment services designed to help the person achieve personal mental health recovery and develop a full and satisfying life. Alongside team members, the Community Support Specialist II assists in ensuring that daily operations within the work group are consistent with TSI's mission statement and guiding principles as well as the agency's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Approach Mission statement and values. **Schedule: Monday- Friday 8A-4P$500.00 Sign On BonusQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and one (1) year of MH, MR, Residential, or Human Service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to use core rehabilitation skills and the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • The ability to perform basic computer data entry required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
