Lumibility is a person-centered agency serving all individuals with intellectual and/or developmental delays. We provide in-home, day support, transitional, and employment services to adults ages 21 and older, and have been a leading provider of human services throughout various towns in Connecticut since 1957. The Community Supports Specialist is responsible for providing one-on-one services for adults with disabilities focused on building skills necessary to maintain their independence in the community with minimal supports. Pay Rate: $21/hour. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Per Diem. Location: Position will involve driving to Old Saybrook.
