Mains'l Services is looking for Team Manager to join our Community Based Services Team in Plymouth and Edina. Your leadership will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you support, and you will collaborate closely with an incredible team of leaders to continue growing and learning.In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that help ensure the success of the people you support, including staff scheduling, managing annual service paperwork, and working with teams and individuals to build and implement person-centered plans. Your day-to-day work in this role is dynamic
  • Develop, document, and nurture annual plans with the people you support and their team
  • Support individuals in managing their services
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members
  • Communicate and collaborate with guardians, case managers, and other Mains'l team members
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to teams and people supported
  • Model and maintain expectations for excellence
  • Manage resources wisely, and inside of a budget
*One of the following qualifications is required:
  • a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services,education, or healthand one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;
  • an associate degree in a field related to human services,education, or healthand two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;
  • a diploma in a field related to human services, education, or healthfrom an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and olderor equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;or
  • a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3).
  • Requirements:
    • Meet 245D status as indicated above
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Have a Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
    • Reliable Transportation and Insurance Coverage
    • Ability to Pass a Background Check with the DHS
