Job Summary

We are looking for COMPANIONS - No License Needed. Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants are also welcome to join our team. You will work directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in their homes. You operate with a big heart while providing personalized and attentive care and building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are compassionate, reliable, able to work independently, and committed to creating a healthy and safe environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and social skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus. Responsibilities

Build relationships with patients by chatting with them to help keep them mentally healthy and alert

Engage patients [without physical contact] in exercises or other fun activities (for example, playing cards, board games, watching TV)

Report observations to supervisor

Qualifications

Elementary/High School Education

One year prior professional experience
