Private family looking to hire a Full-Time Companion (Victoria, TX) Schedule: Night Shift, M-F 10 pm-6/7 am, $25/hour We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Companion to assist with daily household tasks and provide companionship for an elderly family member. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, comfortable providing assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, and general household upkeep. You will ensure the environment remains clean, organized, and supportive. We are looking for someone who can be flexible, patient, and detail-oriented, ensuring that our family member's day-to-day life runs smoothly, and someone comfortable with overnight shifts. A background in caregiving and experience working with individuals who need daily assistance is highly preferred. Position Compensation
