As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our clients.Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. 2. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. 3. Give medication reminders. 4. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. 5. Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation. 6. Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings. 7.
