We're seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). At our residential facility, we provide essential support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities, helping them live their best lives.

About Us: We offer direct care and supervision to four clients in a warm, home-like setting. Our mission is to empower each individual by assisting with daily living activities, encouraging positive interactions, and fostering independence.

Your Role: As a caregiver, you'll be a key player in supporting our clients' day-to-day needs, including:

• Acting as a role model and encouraging positive interactions
• Supporting clients in making positive life choices
• Understanding and implementing individual program plans
• Assisting with exercises to improve mobility and self-help skills
• Providing personal care assistance, including grooming, hygiene and assistance with medications
• Supervising meal preparation and housekeeping tasks
• Participating in recreational activities and community outings
• Performing other related duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Caregiving experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire—company paid)
• DSP 1 Certification (to be obtained within 12 months—company paid)
• CPI Certification (company paid)
• Ability to pass background checks, including fingerprinting, physical, and TB screening
• Physical ability to lift >25 lbs

  • AM Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • PM Shifts: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Overnights (NOC): 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Weekdays & Weekends
  • On Call (OC), Overtime (OT), Double Time (DT) available

Location:Fairfield, CA

Job Type:Full-Time, Part-Time

Pay:$17.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on certifications and experience)
