Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst & HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's HRIS, supporting HR-related systems, and leading compensation analysis efforts. This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR operations and data-driven compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, maintain, and enhance the HRIS, including updates, customizations, and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training for HRIS users.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Manage HRIS user access, permissions, and security settings.
- Develop and maintain custom functions, queries, reports, and dashboards.
- Compile data reports and summaries for HR, Finance, and Legal departments.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, payroll vendors, and other stakeholders for system projects.
- Conduct executive compensation analysis, including benchmarking and peer review.
- Audit and refine current compensation practices for efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain and update salary management tools, job descriptions, and salary structures.
- Support long-term incentive analysis and total compensation statements.
- Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Participate in compensation surveys and provide competitive analysis.
- Support the annual compensation process, including merit, incentive, and equity analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficient in HRIS database design and reporting, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., array formulas, index functions).
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and information system processes.
- Experience handling confidential data with discretion and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS software preferred.
- Financial services industry experience is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
