Shift: DayWorking Hours: 8a-5pSummary:This position will report to the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and is a memberof the Human Resources team which will conduct job analysis; prepare job descriptions, marketprice jobs, facilitate and track annual merit andpromotional increases; participate and preparecompensation surveys, analyze results to determine the organizations competitive position, anddevelop recommendations for merit budget planning. Must possess strong problem-solvingabilities, analytical skills, and a desire to learn. A high level of communication and technologicalskills is required as well as the ability to work in teams. This position will work closely with Human Resources and Finance Teams on the tasks below inorder to gain experience and exposure on a path to becoming a subject matter expert withopportunity for growth and development as proficiencies are gained.Other information:Bachelor's degree required. An emphasis in accounting/finance, business administration,information technology preferred. 2 years' of relevant experience in managing compensationplans and programs preferred. 2-3 years' experience in a large healthcare system preferred.Strong Microsoft Office suite and system analysis skills required. Ability to communicate with alllevels of staff. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
