Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate compensation structures
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy and generate insightful reports
- Collaborate with HR to classify job descriptions properly
- Support total rewards strategies through data management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of compensation analysis experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
