The Role   

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our HR Team. The Compensation Analyst will be an analytical individual who is detail orientated and enjoys being a collaborative team player. They will be responsible for supporting analytics, planning, administration, and implementation of compensation benchmarking and structure. This individual will be cross functionally working with human resources business partners, recruiting partners, and different levels of management in efforts to contribute to the overall success of the company's compensation framework. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Compensation, this role will support end-to-end compensation-related processes for 950 employees across 10 different countries.

How You'll Help Take Us There 

  • Prepare materials for the Compensation and Talent Committee of the Board of Directors in both Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist in preparing exhibits for the Compensation, Discussion and Analysis section of the annual Proxy Statement.
  • Assist in compensation-related budget processes, including but not limited to annual salary increases and incentive forecasting.
  • Perform pay equity and job leveling analyses regularly to ensure continued pay and title governance.
  • Will help facilitate the annual year-end compensation processes, including the production of compensation statements for all global employees.
  • Leverage Excel-based tools to objectively evaluate and report on the quantitative performance of our global sales organization.
  • Form consultative partnerships with both managerial staff across the firm and HR colleagues.
  • Prepare materials for and partner with audit colleagues regularly.
  • Partner with the Global Head of Compensation to develop and implement new processes and tool enhancements to continue to improve and scale our comp and analytics capabilities.

What We're Looking for   

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Accounting, Finance, Economics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and exceptional Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and demonstrate high personal integrity.
  • Advanced knowledge and application of Excel (pivot tables and v-look ups)
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven track record of being able to maintain and protect confidential data and sensitive information.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without employment visa sponsorship required now or in the future.

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD base. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
