- Analyzing compensation data and benchmarking against industry standards
- Supporting salary reviews and merit increase processes
- Assisting with compensation-related reports and presentations
- Ensuring compliance with compensation laws and regulations
- Managing compensation tools and systems
- Advising HR and management on compensation trends and best practices
Skills/Qualifications:
- Workday required
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and compensation software
- Understanding of compensation laws and regulations
