The role ensures programs support the organization's strategic objectives and attract, retain, and motivate employees.Position Duties: -Develop and manage competitive compensation plans including salary structures, incentive programs and salary benchmarking through job evaluations and market analyses -Oversee the employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs and other perks -Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits -Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs -Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectivesRequirements: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Compensation and/or Benefits-related position is required. Knowledge of a HRIS system with compensation, benefits, and payroll modules is necessary. Organizational, communication, and time management skills are critical.
