You'll dive into intricate data sets, analyze market trends, and be a strategic partner to help our alignment efforts.What You'll Need:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation including design of compensation structures and processes. Healthcare industry experience preferredStrong analytical and project management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat's Available:1.0 FTELocation: remote eligible role for residents of WI, MN, and IA.
