Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Compensation Manager to develop and facilitate compensation programs that align with organizational objectives, industry market conditions, and compliance requirements to inform the design and implementation of competitive pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans to attract and retain talent and maintain internal pay equity and comply with all federal, state, and local laws.

Specifically, this position will:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation programs remain competitive
  • Utilize industry salary surveys and internal data to guide compensation decisions and recommend pay adjustments.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging compensation practices, and legal requirements to keep the company's programs up to date.
  • Review and approve job descriptions, ensure appropriate job leveling and grading systems are consistently applied
  • Partner with finance to manage the compensation budgets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the compensation team

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP) desired
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Extensive experience with compensation, including executive compensation, benchmarking, job evaluation, pay structure design, and incentive programs.

Special Notes/Compensation:

  • This position is NOT open to remote or hybrid work models
  • Relocation assistance is available for this role
  • Salary range for this position is $105-140K depending on corresponding experience
