- Responsibilities:
- Will analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges
- Analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of employee compensation
- Work closely with the Americas Compensation team while collaborating with the Global Compensation team to implement and assist with communications of global and local compensation programs.
- Support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy HRIS system to a global Workday platform.
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday)
What You'll Bring:
- Relevant working experience in Compensation
- Have a sound knowledge of compensation-related topics, especially in the United States.
- Proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs.
- Skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and fluent in English.
- Experience in Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and Advanced Compensation.
- Demonstrate solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable training and knowledge
- CCP and GRP certifications are preferred
- Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
