Our Beverage Manufacturing client located near Mid Town in Houston, is looking to add a Compensation Specialist to their team! This is with a growing company, and offers a Hybrid schedule. The Ideal candidate will have 3 years of compensation experience, including Experience with updating salary bands after comprehensive analysis of compensation data, market trends, and industry benchmarks
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Compensation Discussion & Analysis section for the Company's annual proxy statement, as well as other relevant compensation and benefits disclosures
- Administer various compensation programs, including merit-based increases, market adjustments, promotions, short- and long-term bonuses, incentives, and other reward programs
- Perform market analysis on company roles to determine the competitive positioning
- Manage multiple variable compensation and salary increase programs, provide advanced data analysis and support
Qualifications:
- 3+ year of experience with compensation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of reward principles, laws, and regulations
- Experience with updating salary bands after comprehensive analysis of compensation data, market trends, and industry benchmarks
- Has experience with HRMS Compensation Tools
