Don't be fooled by the title; this role is a Manager of Compensation (with 3 – 5 direct reports) for one of the Western US's most successful brands! As a consultative partner, you will help set the company's vision and compensation philosophy during a transformational, growth-oriented chapter. You will have direct interaction with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions as a strong analytical thought partner. The compensation function is still in build mode, and this role will help define processes and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of Compensation/HR experience
2+ years of Leadership experience
Pay range and compensation package - 130-160k+ 10% bonus
