Complex Commercial Litigation Mid-Level Associate

A leading law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its Complex Commercial Litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes, sophisticated litigation matters across a range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of complex litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial preparation.
• Managing discovery in large, high-stakes cases.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Drafting and arguing motions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of four years of broad-based general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or equivalent experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk.
• Proven ability to work on complex litigation matters independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills.

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $260,000 to $435,000 annually (depending on experience).
• Actual salary may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
