**You Are:**

The Complex Delivery Senior Analyst is responsible for working on delivery of projects and programs on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

**You Bring:**

* Experience in delivery of simple to medium-complex technology solutions

* Working experience of applying Agile/SAFe methodologies

* Experience working with global geographically dispersed delivery teams

Good to have experience in any of the following industries--Life Science, Industrial Products and Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, as mentioned below:

**Industrial Products and Services:** Industry 4.0 SCM (Supply Chain Management) & MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

* Good Understanding in different areas of Retail i.e. Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, Transportation, Store Systems & Operations

**Life Science:** Good understanding & experience with GxP validation aspects, delivering solutions for Life Sciences clients in Drug Development or Research space, Experience with Life Science and R&D industry

**Consumer Goods:** CG&S Manufacturing/Supply chain (SAP, Oracle, similar platform)

For the state of Colorado **only** , the range of starting pay for this role is $71,172 to $117,800* *and*

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications:**

* A minimum of 2 years experience in delivery specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development

* Good to have experience delivering in at least one medium complex E2E program including a Platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.)

* A minimum of 2 years of Agile experience

* A minimum of 1 year of Industry experience

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent--12 years work experience (if an associate degree, 6 years work experience)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Knowledge in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

* Experience in the industry

* SaFe Certified

**Professional Skill Requirements:**

* Proven ability to work in team-oriented environment

* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

* Ability to work in a challenging client environment

* Excellent communication (written and oral) and effective interpersonal skills
