Location: Lumber Bridge,NC, USA
Oversees and directs the effective implementation and administration of all different HR activities (ER, LR, Strategic HRM, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits) and initiatives for the complex. Incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies, including state and federal employment laws.
Duties/Activities Required by Job
* Provide direction and support to department to ensure all major HR activities (ER, LR, Strategic HRM, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits) and internal processes are fully aligned with business objectives.
* Partnering with internal customers to ensure our ER practices are fostering a safe and friendly work environment, necessary to promote a culture of excellence while maintaining full compliance with company policies and employment laws.
* Direct and support initiatives intended to maintain expected levels of staffing while improving retention.
* Provides direction and support to team (Employee Relations, Medical, Retention, HR Administrators and Benefits administration) and support company's developmental directives and programs intended to strengthen bench and facilitate timely succession.
* HR reporting at Complex level DOR, MOR, QOR reports; Staffing Turnover/Retention reports. Provides information to direct both short term (tactical) and long term (strategic) decisions.
Educations/Experience Requirements
* Bachelors Degree
* 3 - 5 Years of HR Business Partner Experience
* 2 - 4 Years of experience at a comparable role
* SHRM - CP or PHR
