As an Compliance Account Associate, you will support the team's annual compliance efforts. This role focuses on reviewing and interpreting legal documents to ensure the client company fulfills its contractual obligations. The position is ideal for individuals with reading comprehension skills and attention to detail, particularly those with experience in the mortgage or loan industry. salary: $21 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex legal and contractual documents to determine compliance requirements.
• Use Adobe Acrobat Pro to modify and manage PDF documents.
• Perform daily account administration and compliance verification activities.
• Communicate findings and updates effectively with internal stakeholders, including professionals and executives.
• Prepare and send correspondence related to customer inquiries or follow-up actions.
• Participate in business initiatives and committees, contributing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure transaction activity adheres to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
