The Medicare Compliance Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence of FMO activities to all regulatory and compliance requirements. This position will report directly to the Compliance Lead and Compliance Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with a focus on Medicare
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with and leading teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all necessary compliance-related documents are submitted within deadlines.
  • Help track and maintain records of regulatory filings and reports.
  • Stay up to date with changes in Medicare Advantage regulations or industry standards
  • Assist in preparing for external inspections and audits by regulatory authorities.
  • Provide the necessary documentation and information during audits or inspections.
