Responsibilities Performs audits of clinical documentation compliance with payor reimbursement standards. Communicates audit findings and recommendations to operations team either on site or via teleconference. Collaborates with operations team in processing billing adjustments in compliance with regulatory timelines. Completes site visits to provide compliance education and training. Conducts clinical audits to support compliance investigations. Follows up on action plan development, implementation and effectiveness. Maintains confidentiality of all information related to patients, employees, integrity issues and other confidential information. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Registered nurse with five to seven years home health or hospice experience. OASIS and coding certified or willing to become certified.
