Compliance Coordinator

Overview:

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Compliance department on projects, audits, and reports. Additionally, the Compliance Coordinator supports HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

• Work with compliance to maintain I9s by assisting store managers with questions and problem solving.
• Work with associates with relocation requests.
• Answer calls, emails, and questions from associates.
• Coordination of state/federal and local labor law posters.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating Associate Handbook.
• Create and maintain job codes and job descriptions.
• Retain and enter THQ monthly incentives.
• Work to coordinate required government contractor reports such AAP, EEO-1 and Vets-4212.
• Create and maintain job codes and job descriptions.

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not require any supervisory responsibility.

Work EnvironmentThe incumbent is in a busy office area and is faced with constant interruptions on a regular basis.

Physical Demands

This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically this position walks, stands and reaches.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position that is scheduled 40 hours per week.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and ExperienceThe preferred requirements for this position are a bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training.
