About Our Client

Addison Group is hiring a Compliance Coordinator for our client, a leading organization dedicated to supporting diverse communities through compliance and administrative excellence. This is a contract role with a minimum duration of two months, with the potential for extension.

Job Description

The Compliance Coordinator will support compliance unit functions, maintain accurate personnel records, assist with audits, and manage various office administrative tasks. The role also involves collaborating with regulatory bodies and supporting onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Assist with audits, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure personnel records meet compliance standards.
  • Submit and follow up on background clearance forms with regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of compliance standards and regulations.
  • Manage personnel records, including storage, retrieval, and filing.
  • Generate compliance reports for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Process and reconcile HR and other department invoices as assigned.

Office Responsibilities:

  • Distribute mail and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Greet and register corporate office guests.
  • Assist in general office duties and provide backup support for HR leadership.

Standard Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze program data to inform performance.
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred; candidates with a high school diploma must have 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with compliance, data entry, or report management strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a customer service mindset and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
