The Compliance/Quality Assurance Department is seeking a Compliance / Document Coordinator to audit employee files to ensure the proper state and federal compliance requirements have been met for every employee coming into the organization. Mainly, the role involves working with internal departments to seek files needed to audit the employee file. Responsibilities include monitoring and following up with program staff on incidents, reviewing the Incident Management Mailbox and Tracker, tracking and following up with programs regarding timely Corrective Action submissions, verifying Corrective Actions, and reviewing implementation documentation. The person will also coordinate paperwork for investigations.

Hard Skills

+ 1+ year of compliance experience; within healthcare is preferred

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Blauvelt, New York. Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch; all employees work a 35-hour week.

Work Environment

The dress code is business professional.
