Salary: $80k + Bonus

Location: (East Coast, USA - 80% Remote)

Are you a seasoned compliance professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our compliance efforts within the United States. This key role ensures that our operations align with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards, while actively promoting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

About the Role:

As the Compliance Manager, you will take charge of designing, implementing, and managing robust compliance programs to mitigate risk and uphold our commitment to ethical business practices. Collaborating across departments in the US and globally, you will identify compliance gaps, deliver training, and serve as a trusted advisor on compliance matters. This role requires in-depth expertise in US communication regulations, including those governed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), as well as knowledge of data protection frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, particularly in communications and data protection.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare and present detailed compliance reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and ethical standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for compliance inquiries from internal teams and regulators.
  • Monitor legislative changes and industry developments to maintain compliance readiness.

About You:

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented compliance expert with a strong understanding of the communications sector and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a compliance role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA, PCI, and SOC2.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute risk assessments, audits, and compliance training programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to senior leaders clearly and effectively.
  • Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable engaging with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
