Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $69,500.00 - $105,875.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

COMPLIANCE MONITORING SPECIALIST OVERVIEW

The Department of Corporate Compliance & Internal Audit is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join their team to support the department's Audit, Project, Monitoring & Training plans, special investigations and other department initiatives.

This is a full-time role based in Manhattan, with flexibility for hybrid work. The Compliance Monitoring Specialist will be given opportunities for continuing professional education to enhance their skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the general direction of the Compliance Manager & Associate Investigator, the Compliance Monitoring Specialist will perform various projects including: Investigative and Monitoring Activities Ensures compliance through the production and analysis of data from various online monitoring systems, including drug diversion detection systems Identifies anomalous discrepancies and assists in their investigation and resolution Assists with the performance and analysis of mandated sanction screening Conflict of Interest Manages the online Conflict of Interest reporting platform, MyDisclosures (Huron ClickCOI), and provides user support Updates MyDisclosures and individual online profiles, as needed, to reflect current reported outside activities Maintains inventory of individual agreements and related conflict management plans Reporting Develops and produces reports to evidence compliance Assists in the production of reports that are responsive to external reporting requests.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree Three or more years' monitoring and/or compliance experience Proficiency in using intermediate office software applications, including spreadsheets

PREFERRED Experience in the healthcare industry Experience with Epic, Pyxis, Huron ClickCOI

QUALIFICATIONS Ethical and maintains professional independence, confidentiality, and discretion Positive and professional with solid communication skills (verbal and written) Diligent with strong analytical and critical thinking skills Organized and disciplined to manage multiple projects and priorities Adept and able to work independently and as an engaged team member
