JCW Search is partnering with a bank who is looking to bring on a new Compliance Officer to their team. This position will be responsible for leading the banks CRA and Fair Lending function.
Role Responsibilities
- Developing and improving the CRA Compliance program for the Bank
- Act as the organizations SME relating to Consumer Regulations such as CRA, UDAAP, Fair Lending, TILA, among others.
- Advising key stakeholders on matters relating to regulatory changes with relevant regulators in the Commercial Banking space (Mainly FDIC).
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within Banking Compliance.
- CRCM certification preferred.
- Undergraduate degree.
