About the Company - Newly created opportunity within the growing compliance function of a private equity-backed technology/market intelligence business.

About the Role - In this position, you will work closely with the technology and product development teams, advising on a broad range of potential compliance issues, from use of data/data ethics, to privacy, regulatory and governance issues. You will advise on diligence and onboarding issues in the context of product development.

Responsibilities -

• Advise on compliance issues related to data/data ethics, privacy, regulatory, and governance
• Provide guidance on diligence and onboarding in the context of product development
• Collaborate with technology and product development teams

Required Skills -

• At least 5 years' experience in compliance and/or technology
• Experience in tech product diligence and/or implementation
• Experience in onboarding new end users for technology-based products

Preferred Skills -

• Previous work experience with a SaaS provider
• Prior exposure to finance and/or data-based products

Pay range and compensation package - Salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 plus discretionary bonus of up to 15%

Location - New York-based offices, but also open to remote workers in other parts of the US
