We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on ensuring all necessary product documentation is validated, organized, and submitted in line with regulatory requirements. This role will drive a year-long project aimed at compiling and updating thousands of compliance test reports to meet certification renewal targets by November 2025 in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will bring strong document management skills and a deep understanding of compliance standards to help ensure our products meet global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead certification renewal efforts for products within the assigned market, ensuring all documentation aligns with regulatory standards.
- Review and validate product documentation, identifying data gaps and working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address them.
- Collaborate with product managers, chemistry and materials labs, and suppliers to produce accurate, compliant reports.
- Develop an organized, structured documentation system to manage thousands of test reports and compliance records.
- Standardize compliance documents and reports, ensuring they meet established templates and regulatory requirements.
- Upload and manage documentation in the regulatory agency portal, keeping it updated and accessible for audits and inspections.
- Communicate compliance progress, status updates, and any risks to stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Management.
- Experience: 1-3 years in document management and compliance, ideally with experience in compliance software.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SAP is essential; prior experience with compliance software is highly beneficial.
- Expertise: Knowledge of product compliance regulations and strong attention to detail in documentation management.
