Position Responsibilities:Quality Control Monitoring
- Ensure that Leading By Example continuously improves the quality of services provided to its consumers by facilitating structured and consistent contact with clients and referral sources to ensure that program services are executed according to program, accreditation and COMAR standards.
- Facilitate Satisfaction Surveys via phone conference, electronic communication, and site visits with referring providers and clinicians.
- Facilitate Satisfaction Surveys via phone conference and with LBE clients.
- Participate in the process of monitoring and ensuring that active LBE clients maintain enrollment in therapy.
- Document coordination with outside agencies and service providers in the medical record
- Document coordination and quality assurance contact with clients in the client medical record.
- Complete Quality Resolution Form whenever a quality issue is identified during the Quality Control Monitoring process.
- Supervises Quality Assurance and Resolution processes.
Client Retention
- Participate in the process of coordinating therapy services for LBE clients by serving as our discharge prevention specialist to ensure that we have done everything that we can do to keep our clients connected to treatment.
Program Performance Statistics and Reports
- Develop statistical reports, charts, graphs and narratives that illustrate service satisfaction survey outcomes data from both client and provider feedback.
- Submit satisfaction survey findings report to Management monthly.
- Maintain Quality Assurance files that serve as a running log of survey outcomes and program performance data.
- Participate in preparation and hosting for program audits.
Company Compliance
- Ensures the agency's overall compliance to COMAR and Joint Commission Standards.
- Lead organizational audit processes, including but not limited two internal auditing and audits by stakeholders, the State of Maryland, and The Joint Commission.
Human Resources Compliance
- Conduct monthly HR personnel chart audits for new, current, and exiting staff in compliance with State, Federal, and Joint Commission standards and as needed.
- Upload documents into the employee electronic personnel charts, including any backlogged documents. This will be for new hires as well as any ongoing documents that have expiration dates.
- Track and audit all required staff training in the training system. Ensure that staff are re-assigned training that have expiration dates, such as CPR/FA, HIPAA, etc.
- Ensure appropriate staff submit timely credentialing documentation, including but not limited to license verification and insurance enrollment.
Systems Coordination and Compliance
- Create and maintain all system accounts for current and new staff including but not limited to Credible, Adobe Sign, Google, Greenspace, Paychex Bridge App, etc.
- Maintain and implement compliance and audit reports in credible. Research new credible functions to enhance the system for staff members. Create and remove staff member accounts as necessary. Update staff members profiles within credible with appropriate employee changes.
- Troubleshoot system concerns and be the point of contact for staff for any system issues.
- Explore, identify, and integrate innovative system processes using new or existing systems/software to enhance staff workflow.
- Provide staff training on existing systems and upon the introduction of new systems.
- Create, manage and maintain the IT Equipment tracking system.
- Assign IT equipment and access to employees.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience working in a human services role
- Minimum one year of experience working in systems administration
- Proficient with using various digital tools and platforms
- Knowledgeable in system configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with data analysis
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Capable of collaborating effectively while also demonstrating autonomy in work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- New employees may utilize PTO days after their 90-day Introductory Period. The amount of PTO new employees are front-loaded at the beginning of each calendar year is based on the length of service determined by the Organization: After 1 year employees will receive 15 days of PTO, after 5 years you will receive 20 days of PTO, and after 10 years 25 days of PTO. Employees birthday is considered a paid day off that does not affect your PTO balance. Employees will receive Sick and Safe Leave according to Maryland State Law.
- LBE offers contributions to a Simple IRA after one year of employment. LBE matches up to 3% of annual contributions.
