Location: Saint Helena,CA, USA
Upper Valley Disposal , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Compost Laborer to join our team in St. Helena, CA ! This is a full time, long term position with a reputable company.
The schedule will be 6:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Starting pay is $20/hour. The pay range for this job category is $20-22/hour.

Responsibilities Include:
Sorting material by hand and by operating equipment
Reading temperatures in compost piles
Cleaning equipment as needed
Landscaping & general site cleanup as needed
Performing other assigned duties at the facility as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor type position
The ability to lift more than 50 pounds
Experience operating equipment is a plus
Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift
