What you'll do:
- Maintain consistent stock of inventory.
- Accurately identify, verify, record, and receive inbound shipments and ensure product and packaging quality.
- Establish and maintain backup source for high-demand items.
- Replenish picking locations to ensure order pickers have sufficient product.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with team members.
- Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
- Assist with training of lesser experienced team members.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
What you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers and leadership.
- An extreme level of attention to detail is required.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Able to follow written/verbal instruction.
- Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
- Proficient keyboarding skills.
- Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to utilize operating systems to perform required inventory related research.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk up to 2 miles per shift, and lift 25 pounds either with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low in a safe manner utilizing ladders and/or other related lift equipment.
