Arima Genomics is a San Diego-based startup which is revolutionizing the way Genomic Data is used in basic and disease research. We believe that the state of the art of genomics research, in its 1-Dimensional context, misses the bigger picture, and our technology for capturing chromosome structure will enable a higher dimension of insight into mechanisms of human disease.
Just like our technology is on another level, so are our employees. Our employees are self-reflective and accountable self-starters that are tenacious and relentless in the pursuit of excellent scientific products. They don't have jobs, they have passion projects!
Our environment is open and collaborative and we invest in each other's growth and empower one another. We listen to and value differences in perspective and approach.
As a startup, we move fast, adapt to change and are continuously improving ourselves, our processes and our products. Though we are adaptable we constantly prioritize to stay focused on our vision.
