There is an immediate opening for Computer Application Specialist in the Information Technology Department of the East Irondequoit Central School District. This position is 12-months and would report to the Executive Director of Technology. Duties are but not limited the following:
- Tests, checks, corrects and maintains all software/applications used by the district.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for assigned instructional and business applications.
- Troubleshoot instructional/business software applications and interface with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
- Provides end-user software support. Experience in Microsoft O365 products (online and client versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and OneNote), O365 SharePoint and Infinite Campus a plus.
- Conducts in-house training sessions and/or written documentation in the use of business and instructional software as needed. Maintains online O365 SharePoint IT help library within Teams.
