This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Performs a variety of complex engineering tasks including analysis, design, and test.* Plans, conducts, and may supervise research, development, or installation of products and systems in conformance with engineering design and customer specification.* Lead the development, integration, test, and installation of new technologies for intrusion detection.* Lead hardware and software development programs in an Agile environment.* Lead the development of test plans, test procedures, and unit tests to demonstrate modified systems meet the identified requirements. Write and review test reports.* Lead the development of technical documentation, including ICDs, technical manuals, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, technical data packages, and logistics reports.* Perform shipboard system installation, troubleshooting, and repair for both hardware and software.Minimum Qualifications:* A minimum of two (2) or more years of experience developing content mining systems, such as web crawlers, or other Information Extraction (IE) solutions.* Two (2) or more years of professional experience developing Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms and/or using NLP software tools such as GATE Framework, Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK), or similar.* One (1) or more years of experience developing or applying Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Knowledge Representation & Reasoning (KR&R) tools, techniques, and algorithms.* One (1) or more years of professional experience developing High Performance Computing (HPC) codes and/or optimizing parallelization and storage aspects of HPC processing pipelines.* One (1) or more years of experience overseeing and supporting DevOps/DevSecOps platforms.* Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an ABET accredited program, or BS Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.* DoD 8570 compliant IAT Level III certification (CASP CE, CCNP, CISA, CISSP).Clearance Requirements:* The ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance is required prior to starting this position.Physical Requirements:* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
