Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate numerically controlled machine tools.
- Perform a series of complex machining operations on a variety of parts, maintaining close and exacting tolerance and finish requirements.
- Inspect parts for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
- Utilize Fanuc and G&M codes in daily operations.
- Perform quality checks and make machine offsets as needed.
- Read and interpret part designs and technical drawings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience.
- Experience setting up and running horizontal and vertical machining centers (Makino HMC's) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and background check.
