Job Description: Pay Range: $21hr - $23hr
- To answer calls and/or respond to emails within our IT Call Center from users regarding technical issues they're experiencing may it be hardware/software.
Skills:
- Software (Windows 10/11, MS O365, Adobe) and Hardware (Laptops/Printers/Scanners).
Abilities:
- Professional, respectful, provide great customer service with verbal communication and writing ability.
- Able to work well with other team staff.
Preferred Education:
- High School Technical Degree/Certificate Program.
