Job Description: Pay Range: $20hr - $22hr
- Looking for a self-motivated team player to help share messaging in accordance with campus Communication and Marketing protocols for the Finance and Administration (F&A) Division on a campus with much momentum.
- dvance F&A division web/social media presence as well as develop posters/other communications to support strategic goals and communicate about major division projects.
- Promote F&A division story-telling for recruitment, retention and sharing across internal and external audiences working on projects such as.
- With the Vice President of F&A, Chief Communication and Marketing Officer and colleagues on campus develop and share communications for the Milne Library go-live and completion of major facilities projects.
- Develop a plan and updates for F&A website and social media to improve services and ensure presentations are professional and following modern best practices for audiences such as students, faculty and staff and beyond.
- Work with the Executive Assistant for the VPFA on content for office webpages and e-signage across campus and to promote transparency in alignment with campus goals.
- Create poster layouts for construction areas staying within approved guidelines.

Qualifications /Experience / Skills:
- Must be able to demonstrate power point and web design skills.
- Must be able to work independently, demonstrating milestone progress toward assigned goals.
- Must be able to execute on strategic plan goals.
- Must provide examples (portfolio) of past work demonstrating capability to gather.
